#10 Embrace your inner child
With every birthday that passes by, it seems that we appreciate the candles on our cake less and less. Things become so hectic, and you forget about all the things you used to love doing as a kid. This week, try to think back to your summers as a kid and relive it all! This could be anything from climbing a tree, losing your dignity in a jumping castle, blowing bubbles or eating fairy bread for the first time in a decade. Whatever it is, relish it and try to do it more often. Studies have proven that embracing your inner child gets rid of wrinkles*.
