I’ve chronicled the pros of doing this before, and can only encourage everyone else to try it! This challenge pushes you into a new frame of mind, rendering you open to things you’d subconsciously block out previously. To really stretch yourself, commit to saying ‘yes’ for the whole week, and then integrate it into daily life.
