#12 Spend a day having exclusive ‘Giving’ time
What goes around comes around, so after your week of self-indulgence, it’s time to reflect that same energy and interest towards other people too! Focusing on selfless acts may feel forced at first, but by the end of the week it will feel second nature. You might want to utilise some of the other challenges that are part of this series, such as complimenting strangers or making something from scratch for somebody else, and mix this up with the smallest gestures of kindness like holding doors open for people. It’s up to you how far you want to take this selflessness, but whatever you choose, it’ll be brilliant.
